SHEARING

Shearing Services

Shearing is a metalworking technique that involves cutting sheet metal to precise sizes from larger rolls or flat stock. As the metal progresses through the shear machine, its cutting blades converge, cleanly fracturing the material into smaller, separate pieces. This method consistently products high-quality, uniform cuts that can be replicated swiftly. With weld coupons or custom blanks – improve your yield. We will shear material you send to us, or ours. We have multiple shears in-house to cut .012” – .250” thick stainless and nickel alloys. Contact us to ask about other grades we can shear.
